The IUGB Library is located on the 2nd floor of the Etimoë building, providing a technologically advanced, quiet, and pleasant environment conducive to research and scholarship. With wired and wireless internet access, the library offers workstations and printing services available from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on working days.
In addition to books and periodicals, students have access to e-journals, e-books, educational software, and electronic databases including JSTOR, Hinari, and Agora. Conference and study rooms are available for collaborative work and can be reserved in advance.
Visit Library →Computer technology is integral to IUGB instruction and communication. Students receive an IUGB email address, server storage access, and online services upon enrollment. Both Wi-Fi and cable internet are available throughout campus and student residences.
Technical assistance is provided by the IT staff for students, faculty, and staff. This includes help with specific tasks and training on IT equipment and software. Computer labs are available in the Library and dedicated lab spaces across campus.
IT Help Desk →The Academic Advising Center (AAC) helps students plan their academic career and achieve success. Advisors assist with degree requirements, major exploration, and understanding academic policies and campus resources.
General Academic Advisors serve UPP, Freshman, and Sophomore students on core requirements. Juniors and Seniors are guided by Faculty Advisors assigned by their school's Dean, ensuring students follow the proper course sequence for their degree program.
Book Appointment →Orientation sessions are held for new students and their parents prior to the beginning of Fall and Spring semesters. These sessions introduce students to campus life, academic expectations, and available resources.
Orientation schedules are included in the IUGB Academic Calendar and posted on the student portal. We encourage all new students to attend and begin their IUGB journey fully prepared for success.
